"Return was straightforward"
I had to return a part because I ordered the wrong one... totally on me. The return steps were easy to follow, and the refund came through faster than I expected. No real hassle or anything, so yeah, I’d use mopar.com again.

"Prices are okay, I guess??"
Mopar.com usually has the parts I’m looking for, which is nice, but the prices can be hit or miss. Sometimes they seem fair, and other times I’m like, wait, why is this cheaper somewhere else?? It’s not a bad site at all, but I’d definitely compare prices before buying.

I had a question about my order because something wasn’t clear on their end, which annoyed me. But to be fair, they got back to me quickly and gave me a straight answer without dragging it out. Still feels like this could’ve been avoided if they’d made the order details clearer in the first place

Booking the service was simple and didn’t take much time. I did have to click around a little to find my dealer, but that wasn’t a huge deal, and it worked fine in the end. Not sure why people would make a big thing out of it.

"Shipping cost felt fair"
I ordered a small Mopar part, shipping was better than I was expecting. For just a little part, I was ready for the big delivery fee, but it wasn’t bad at all.
Some sites really overdo it with basic shipping charges, but mopar.com kept the cost reasonable. Checkout was simple too, no confusing steps or surprise charge at the end.
The part showed up fine and in good shape, so I’ve got no complaints. I didn’t feel ripped off on delivery, which is always nice. 5 stars from me.

I had a small issue come up with a part on my Jeep and wasn’t sure if the warranty would even cover it. I went on Mopar, found the info quickly, and then reached out to support.
They checked my VIN and helped me figure out the next step with the dealer. There wasn’t a big runaround or anything, which I really appreciated. It all got handled faster than I expected

My order showed up packed really well. The box had a small dent on the outside, but everything inside was completely safe and in good shape. It definitely gave me confidence that they take care with shipping. I’d feel good ordering from them again.

I’ve used Mopar a few times now, the promo codes have worked exactly like they’re supposed to at checkout. No random errors, no “discount” that disappears at the last second, and the prices updated right away. The shipping info was clear enough too, so the whole thing felt straightforward. It was just nice to save some money without having to contact support or deal with any hassle. Little things like that really do make the experience feel so much better.

I used mopar.com to schedule service with my local dealer, and the website part was easy. The annoying part was when I showed up and the dealer didn’t seem to have all the details I’d already entered, so I had to go over everything again. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just kind of frustrating and not as smooth as I expected.
